SMS Terms of Use
These SMS Terms of Use (“SMS Terms”) govern the text message program offered by Refreshing Spaces, LLC (“Refreshing Spaces,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not opt in to our text message program.
Program Description
Our text message program keeps you informed about the cleaning services you have booked with us. When you opt in, you may receive messages such as:
- Appointment reminders: a heads-up ahead of your scheduled cleaning
- Booking confirmations: confirmation of the date, time, and details of your service
- Cleaning provider updates: arrival notices, running-late notifications, delays, or scheduling changes from the team assigned to your property
- Promotional messages: occasional special offers, seasonal discounts, and service announcements

Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number when booking a service, creating a customer profile, submitting a form on our website, or otherwise requesting text updates, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Refreshing Spaces, LLC at the number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to book a cleaning with us. If you prefer, we can reach you by phone or email instead.
You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll in that number. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please let us know so we can update your records.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. In most cases, you will only receive messages during the week of your scheduled service appointment. This is typically a confirmation, a reminder, and any updates from your cleaning provider on the day of service.
You may also occasionally receive promotional messages outside of your service week.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Refreshing Spaces, LLC does not charge text messages, but your mobile carrier standard messaging and data rates will apply to every message sent and received. Please check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan rates.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time.
Reply STOP to any message from either of our numbers to cancel.
After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message letting you know that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from that program. You may also opt out by calling us at (281) 783-6782 or emailing support@refreshingspaces.org.
If you opt out, we may still need to reach you about an active booking by phone or email. To rejoin the program at any time, simply text START to the same number or let us know and we’ll re-enroll you.

Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your carrier’s network, your device, and your service coverage. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, and you should not rely solely on text messages for time-sensitive matters.
This program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Not all carriers or devices may support every feature of our messaging program.
Privacy
We take the privacy of your mobile information seriously.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile number is used only to send you the messages described in these SMS Terms. Text messages are delivered through a secure third-party messaging platform that processes information on our behalf and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes.
